The prices included in the website include VAT and additional shipping costs and duty charges, depending on the country you reside in. Rugs Choice atrading name of London Rug Company reserves the right to change the prices at our discretion as prices could vary due to exchange rates. Also, prices can vary if there are any changes in the international rug market. Please note that we will intimate you about any changes in the prices through your email or by any other contact information provided by you, within 24 hours. At Rugs Choice, we offer the best rates and make sure that all the customers are satisfied.
All our deliveries are taken care by UPS/FedEx/DHL or any reliable and secure Shipping company available at the time of the order. We will not be able to ship goods to box addresses.
All the products displayed on our website come with a warranty. The warranty is applicable for a period of one year, starting from the date you purchased the goods. However, if it is judged at any time that the damage on the carpet(s) occurred due to negligence from the customer’s part, the customer will have to pay all the costs for any kind of reparation. We have a team of experts to determine the damages caused on the goods. After out team identifies the cause of the damage we will notify you and if the customer is responsible for the damage, he/she will pay the costs including the shipping charges.
Money back guarantee
At the Rugschoice, we strive hard to satisfy the needs of the customers and thus, you will be eligible for a money back guarantee that lasts for 30 days. Once you purchase our goods, you can return it back within a period of 30 days and you will be able to receive your money back.
However, please note that the carpet will have to be returned in the same condition it was when you received it. It simply means that altered/damaged carpets cannot be returned to gain money back guarantee. Also, we strive to make sure that your purchases are problem-free but if you notice any issues, please contact us within 48 hours after you receive your orderyou.Customer will not be cahrged for returning the carpets *This only applies to customers residing with in EU.Customers residing Out side europeon union will have to pay the Return Shipping charges. You can read more about this in the “Return” section specified below.
Once you place an order you will receive your carpet(s) from us. However, in the rare case that you want to return it, no matter what the reason is, please note that you will have to notify us immediately, within 48 hours (after you have received the carpet) in writing - you can email us at email@example.com ,Please remmebr to to mention order number in your email..After notifying us you will have 30 days from the date of purcahse to return the carpet . It is the customer’s responsibility to return the carpets back to us in an unaltered/damaged condition. In addition, the customer needs to pack the items well, so that they are in a good condition for us to receive them.
In these cases of “Return”, please bear in mind that Rugs Choice will pay for the shipping when the customer returns the carpet. Please note that all the goods returned need to contain proper notes of dispatch returns. In case the good don’t contain them, we will send it back to the customer’s address at the expense of the customer. Also, note that you can contact our customer service as we look forward to solving any problems you might have.
Certificates of Authenticity
All the goods sold under Rugschoice hold a guarantee from us. Our guarantee states that all the carpets produced in our company are handmade, meaning they are knotted in hand. You will receive guarantee certificates of authenticity with every product purchased through us.
Companies within the EU- No VAT FEE
Companies within the EU and having registration with VAT, on providing proof of a valid EU VAT number are exempted from paying VAT. However, this is not applicable for companies from Sweden and United Kingdom. All the prices shown for items in our website include the VAT fees as well. VAT is levied at the time of checking out after you have registered or logged in. Please note that our company’s policy to is to deliver goods only at the address of registration of the company. MODES of Making Payment
If you’re uncomfortable with credit cards or don’t use them, you have the option of using the bank transfer method. In this case, you can transfer the funds straightway to our bank account. The entire amount needs to be paid within five working days, failing which your order will be treated as cancelled. Make sure to quote your order number while making payment as it is very important. We will dispatch the ordered goods immediately after receiving full payment.

Paying through cards
All financial transactions are handled carefully at Rugs Choice and you can rest assured that we handle card payment securely in association with World Pay and Barclays Bank, . It is considered as one of the safest modes for customers making payments. Please make note that we do not have access or store your Card details . This information gets securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through World Pay Payment gateway to your bank.
Discrepancies in order execution
Discrepancies are rare at Rugs Choice. However, please make note that in the event any discrepancies occur, we need information from you. For instance, if the goods delivered to you do not conform to what you ordered or if the delivered goods are damaged or you get the wrong carpet or incorrect number of carpets, you should immediately report your findings to our customer service department. Any discrepancy in execution of your order should be brought to our notice within a reasonable amount of time.
Damage in transit
On finding any visible damages to goods during transportation, you should straightway report to FedEx/UPS/DHL or any shippig company we have used, at the time taking delivery. Unseen damages that occur during transportation must be reported to FedEx/UPS/DHLor any Shipping company we used to deliver goods to you , and Rugs choice customer services soon after they get noticed by you.
Goods classified as seconds have minor flaws as pointed out in the description of the item. Please read more about what “seconds” mean in the FAQ section.
Carpets not received by the customer and sent back to us
Customers who are unable to collect carpets despite repeated attempts by the transporter to deliver the same and sent back to us, will be charged £49GBP including VAT towards our administrative expenses. Full value will be charged in case of orders for made to order goods.
Confidentiality while processing personal information
On receiving an order from you, we register you as a customer in our records and store your name , address and Telephone numbers and contact details provided by you. By allowing us to do this you understand and accept that we do the needful with the sole purpose of executing your order in an efficient manner so that you can expect to get best services from us.Please note that we do not have access to any information relating your Payment cards used to make a purchese from our website.
Rugs Choice will not share your personal information with any third party under any circumstances. As per current United Kingdom law concerning handling of personal information, you are entitled to getting an extract of all the information we may store about you and if you find that it’s irrelevant, you have the rights to ask to delete the stored information. If you wish to see the extract, please contact our customer service.
Gift certificates are valid only for buying goods sold by Rugs Choice and cannot be clubbed with other gift certificates. Please note that the certificate can be used until the date mentioned on the certificate. In case you use your gift certificates for buying any carpet and subsequently decide to send the carpet back, you are issued another gift certificate as per the price of the carpet minus the shipping expense for its return. However, in cases where you are left with some balance on your gift certificate after making a purchase, you can use that amount for buying another carpet. But, if you buy a carpet priced higher than the worth of your gift certificate, you’ll need to pay the difference via bank transfer. Make note that you should use these gift certificates as cash since they have a certain value. Gift certificates are as good as cash and should be taken care of. If a gift certificate gets lost, stolen or damaged, Rugs Choice will not be held liable for any such loss.
